Our Team

Born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to San Francisco for her studies, Natalie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Education from UC Berkeley and her Master’s degree in Social Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). During her academic journey, she co-founded SPIRE HK, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Chinese student community in the Bay Area, San Francisco.

Professionally, Natalie has worked with high school students as a Senior Consultant before relocating back to Hong Kong, where she continued her career as a US Senior Strategist and Regional Team Leader at a multinational university admissions consultancy. Over the past 11 application cycles, she has guided more than 350 students from over 10 countries and a diverse array of family background. Her students have gained admission to top US universities including MIT, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, Columbia, U Chicago, Duke, UMich, Tufts, UPenn, Cornell, Vanderbilt, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Washington, UIUC, USC, all the UC campuses and more.

Natalie’s philosophy in student consulting posits that every interaction is an opportunity to profoundly impact a young person’s life. Through mutual respect and trust, students step beyond their comfort zone and engage in meaningful discussions about college in a manageable and enjoyable way. By employing diverse methods and strategies from the Consulting team, combined with strong motivation and commitment of families, students are bound to succeed as great learners and future leaders.

At ARCH, Natalie serves as the Director of Admissions, overseeing and supporting ARCH consultants in the development of comprehensive strategies designed to help students achieve their fullest potential.

Whenever she’s not clicking and typing meticulously in front of the computer screen, you can find Natalie spending time off with her two adorable young children and close family. She delights in friendly competition with her husband over poker, board games and Tetris, while also enjoying gatherings with friends from all walks of life. Besides, she finds great joy in scenic drives, relishing the breathtaking landscapes of Hong Kong.
